Privacy laws around the world require a Privacy Policy when personal information is collected or used. I still have a lot to learn about this stuff myself, but I will do my best to inform you on what is happening with your data until this can start to sound more official. I will include additional resources to learn more and how you can opt out or change your preferences.

Google AdSense
Depending on where you live, Google may have prompted you to receive your consent to collect data for Google AdSense. This is the ad placement service I use to monetize traffic to my website. Google will allow third-party vendors to collect and use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to a website. Google's use of the advertising cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the internet.
You can adjust your settings for the ads you see and how your data is used in the Google Ad Center. You can further manage your cookie preferences at www.aboutads.info from the Digital Advertising Alliance.

WIX
My website is designed on WIX. Here is their privacy policy and their cookie policy. They provide me with a pretty dashboard that allows me to see anonymous data about your browsing session. This might include how you found my site, what type of device you're using or where you are accessing it from. It's fascinating (and a little creepy). When I look at this data, it is simply to learn more about you and who I am reaching!

When ordering or signing up on this site, you may be asked to enter information to help personalize your experience. You may be asked to enter the following: name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, or other details.
